Workweek. CIT's will work 3 of these days for training. |

Family Vacation Center Open |
SUMMER WORK: basic job responsibilities include:
| |
Working as a team with college student counselors |
| |
Working with kids, infants through 13 year olds,
individually and in groups |
| |
Organizing crafts, running errands, playing games,
swimming and supervising children |
| |
Small World staff help with napping, feeding,
playing and changing diapers for children under two years of
age |
CIT WORK HOURS:
| |
9:00am to 5:00pm Sunday through Friday with Wednesdays
and Saturdays off |
| |
Possibly one or two evening shifts per week |
| |
Maximum 30 hours per week |
| |
Each CIT will have a minimum of one week off during
the summer. |
| |
Flexible time off for family vacations |
ELIGIBILITY
| |
Local residence in the Santa Barbara area |
| |
Ages 13-18 |
COMPENSATION
|
$75 weekly stipend for 1st year CIT's |
| |
$85 weekly stipend for returning CIT's |
|
One Meal Per Day |
| |
Opportunities to baby-sit and earn extra money |
| |
Community Service Credit available (forms must
be provided at the beginning of the summer) |
