All-you-can-eat, buffet-style meals are served daily in the remodeled Carrillo Dining Commons adjacent to the residence halls.

Guests may take advantage of separate buffet stations which feature California Pizza Kitchen-style fresh pizza, freshly baked breads, a wholesome salad bar, several hot entrees, freshly baked desserts, a Mongolian grill, pasta bar, hamburgers, hot dogs and much more.

Vegetarian entrees are offered at every meal, as are some vegan meals and milk alternatives. You may choose to eat in several different areas in the dining rooms, or enjoy the outdoor patio with its ocean view.

Several times during the week, vacationers are served specially catered meals outside the dining Commons.

On Sunday night, adults are invited to have an elegant meal at the UCSB Faculty Club, while counselors take children to the dining commons. Sunday at noon we have a chicken BBQ on the lawn, just before we kick off the “Family Carnival.” On Thursday we have a beach BBQ at Goleta Beach State Park.
