Dear Family Vacation Center Friends

On behalf of the entire staff of the Family Vacation Center (FVC), I would like to welcome you and your family to our summer program! We look forward to your arrival and intend to make this the best family vacation you and your family have ever had!

Below you will find a number of important and informative documents. In the interest of being green, all of the information we need from you is enterable into our easy-to-navigate online form. Completed activity registrations are due to our office no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Please note that Release of Liability and Medical Authorization forms are University of California requirements and must be filled out to attend. These will be available upon arrival and should be signed at the Front Desk during check-in. Activity sign-ups are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation for activity sign-ups will be included in your Welcome Packet and provided upon arrival.
